Production

The «Sea Prod» company owns production areas in Moscow, Estonia and Ukraine. The annual volume of the seafood processing production line, set up in Moscow in 2004, is about 12 000 tons. It allows to stock available products to satisfy requirements of our partners. For the last year we became runners-up on import of North Atlantic shrimp raw material and also one of five leaders in seafood import.

For near-term outlook there is a construction of the fridge which foresees availability of warehouses and own production areas. It will allow to expand the segment of supplies and cover other groups of products, besides «frost», including «Premium» and «Classic».

In our production we use high-quality raw materials from Canadian trawl ships, furnished with modern equipment. Catch is carried out whole-year in northern waters of the Atlantic Ocean, including Newfoundland Island area. Shrimps are calibrated, cooked and frozen on a shipboard that allows to keep their useful properties and natural taste. Then products are supplied to Russia where it is glazed according to declared standards and packed in boxes or in a consumer container under «Kaluri» and «Subland» trademarks.

Today at the Russian enterprise there is a preparation for production, agreeable to the standards of the EU, and certificating of ISO 9001 and HACCP. In the foreseeable future is IFS international standard certificating.
